This is a good one. We are always looking for ways to use our Croissant ends. It gives a mix of a brioche bread and croissant bread texture. We slather these in butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, and espresso. We then braid them and form them into a bun. Once baked we glaze in vanilla espresso glaze.
