We are highly creative and have a wealth of ideas to expand and scale our business. However, achieving our ambitious goals requires a financial partner with the expertise to guide us through this next stage. Currently, we are facing limitations that make scaling our operations challenging. Despite our dedication, hard work, and sacrifice, we find ourselves stretched thin. With three children, a tight schedule, and no morning baker, we are often working sleeplessly from Thursday to Saturday. This relentless schedule hinders our ability to focus on strategic growth and innovation. An investor is needed to allow us for the following expansion goals: Immediate Needs of Investment: • Two Double Ovens • Commercial Sheeter • Hiring an early morning baker Short Term Plan (within 6 months of Investment): • Rehab our storefront to allow for sit down dining • Expand to offer Coffee Service as an additional revenue source • Refine identity of initial location to be sit down full service breakfast café Medium Term Plan (2 Years of Investment): • Create pastry food truck to allow for daily service • Pastry truck can be strategically located throughout Indianapolis to where demand is highest • Begin to identify space for second location expansion Long Term Growth Plan (2.5 years of Investment):
