Babka - Chocolate Sourdough Brioche Bun

We make a sourdough brioche dough, roll it out, and add our chocolate sauce and house made chocolate shortbread crumbs for texture.  We braid it and for it into a bun and bake them.  When they come out of the oven we glaze them with our honey chocolate glaze and more shortbread crumble.  They are soft fluffy and a bit gooey from the chocolate.
